Does claiming my listing cost anything?
Claiming your base profile is free. Paid plans add features like lead access, an enhanced profile, and a verified-contact badge — ranking always stays based on compliance record and profile completeness, never on what you pay.
Can I change my compliance record?
No — permits, violations, and evaluations are read-only, sourced directly from EPA. You can add everything else: description, contact info, services, and photos.
My category shows "coverage expanding" — can I still list?
Yes — email us and we'll add you. Early listings are first in line to be verified when the category goes live.
